SAIL is hiring an Department Sales Manager – Hunting and Fishing for its Cambridge location.

In your role as supervisor, you are a reference in terms of customer service and your involvement consists of:
- Ensuring that the Explore+ rewards program, the transactional policies and procedures and the exchange policies and procedures are followed
- Coordinating the operations of the warehouse, from products receiving to their availability while respecting deadlines. Organizing the warehouse to ensure it is functional, efficient and safe, working around certain structural limitations and the busiest periods of the year
- Being the point of reference when it comes to applying standards and policies for the department, as well as in customer service and health and safety
- Mobilizing, coaching, and empowering the team by sharing the company and the management team’s vision
- Ensuring that objectives are met in the department by structuring and organizing the work to be done
